Planned setup steps

1.Copy the Sheet template into your business Google account.
2.Import your catalogue, price list and stock as CSV.
3.Import dealer credit limits and outstanding from your accounting export.
4.Set who can approve, and the back-order rule.
5.Enter a test order and check every step.

Questions

Is this available to buy today?: Not yet. Today you can try the interactive demo. The installable kit is being prepared and will be tested in a supervised pilot before it is sold.
Where is my data stored?: The plan: in your own Google account and Sheet, with Google processing it as your service provider. Saran Labs AI would not receive your orders or dealer data. This will be confirmed in the pilot.
Does it connect to Tally?: Not live. The plan is to import a CSV export from your accounting software. How often you refresh it is your choice; the pilot will check what works.
Can dealers place orders themselves?: The planned kit includes an optional order form. Those orders still go through the same checks and approval.
Is this AI?: The core kit is rule-based automation: checks, routing and reminders you configure. Optional AI features would be separate, clearly labelled add-ons.
