Hiring Coordination Kit

Planned: applications with consent, a screening checklist, clash-free interview slots, panel feedback and letter drafts. People make every decision.

Interactive demo availablePrices are not published yet. The kit is not on sale until it passes a supervised pilot.

Everything below describes the planned kit. The demo shows these ideas with a simulation. Nothing in this kit has yet been installed and tested in a real business; that is the next step.

The problem

Applications, interview dates, feedback and replies are scattered across email, phones and paper.

Who it is for

Small companies hiring a few people a year

Designed for (to be confirmed in pilot)

  • Google Forms
  • Google Sheets
  • Google Apps Script

The kit uses free times entered in the Sheet. It does not read anyone's private calendar.

Planned first-release scope

  • Application form with a consent notice
  • Candidate register with a unique ID
  • Screening checklist that flags missing items without rejecting anyone
  • Interview slot finder with a clash check
  • Panel feedback scores (individual notes to be confirmed in the pilot)
  • Offer, hold and regret letter drafts for HR to send
  • Retention reminder for HR to review and delete old applications

Not planned for the first release

  • AI ranking, scoring or rejection of candidates
  • Background or reference checks
  • Payroll or onboarding
  • Job-portal posting
  • Automatic messages to candidates

Planned setup steps

  1. 1.Copy the Sheet and form templates into your business Google account.
  2. 2.Edit the roles, checklist and consent notice.
  3. 3.Enter the interview panel's free times.
  4. 4.Write your letter templates.
  5. 5.Submit a test application and run it to a decision.

You need

  • • A Google account owned by your business
  • • Someone comfortable following a step-by-step setup guide

Support

Support terms will be published with the first installable release.

Questions

Is this available to buy today?
Not yet. Today you can try the interactive demo. The installable kit is being prepared and will be tested in a supervised pilot before it is sold.
Where is my data stored?
The plan: in your own Google account and Sheet, with Google processing it as your service provider. Saran Labs AI would not receive your candidates' data. This will be confirmed in the pilot.
Does it reject or rank candidates?
No. The checklist only shows what is missing. People shortlist, interview and decide.
What about candidates' personal data?
The form asks for consent and states how long data is kept. The kit reminds you to delete old applications. The exact notice will be checked during the pilot.
Is this AI?
The core kit is rule-based automation: checks, routing and reminders you configure. Optional AI features would be separate, clearly labelled add-ons.

What the pilot will confirm

These points are not decided or proven yet. They will be settled with a supervised pilot in a real business before the kit is offered.

For larger teams and organisations

Need multiple departments, approval levels or connections to existing systems?

We can assess a tailored implementation. Scope, security requirements and integrations are agreed before delivery.

Path 1

Standard kit

A planned, customer-owned Google Sheet configuration with documented limits, for small teams.

Path 2

Tailored implementation

Discovery first: we map your process, systems and requirements, then agree scope in writing before any build.
