Customer Support Kit

Planned: every question becomes a ticket with a priority, an owner, a reply-by day, a checked reply and a close reason.

Interactive demo availablePrices are not published yet. The kit is not on sale until it passes a supervised pilot.

Everything below describes the planned kit. The demo shows these ideas with a simulation. Nothing in this kit has yet been installed and tested in a real business; that is the next step.

The problem

Complaints get lost between people, replies are late, and nobody knows which customers are still waiting.

Who it is for

Teams answering customer questions and complaints by email, website and phone

Designed for (to be confirmed in pilot)

  • Google Sheets
  • Google Apps Script
  • Your website form
  • Gmail drafts

Phone and WhatsApp messages are entered by your staff. The kit does not read chats or call logs.

Planned first-release scope

  • Ticket register for email, website form and staff-entered phone or WhatsApp messages
  • Priority, owner and reply-by day from your category rules
  • Reply drafts from templates you approve
  • Manager approval for replies that promise refunds, discounts or compensation
  • Overdue list and reminder drafts
  • Close reason required for every ticket
  • Manager summary: open, overdue and waiting for approval

Not planned for the first release

  • AI-written replies (an optional, clearly labelled add-on could come later)
  • Automatic WhatsApp messages to customers
  • Reading WhatsApp chats or call recordings
  • Automatic closing of tickets
  • A customer self-service portal

Planned setup steps

  1. 1.Copy the Sheet template into your business Google account.
  2. 2.Fill in your categories, priorities, owners and reply-by times.
  3. 3.Write or paste your approved reply templates.
  4. 4.Add the form snippet to your website, or use the hosted form link.
  5. 5.Create a test ticket and check the priority, owner and draft.

You need

  • • A Google account owned by your business
  • • Someone comfortable following a step-by-step setup guide

Support

Support terms will be published with the first installable release.

Questions

Is this available to buy today?
Not yet. Today you can try the interactive demo. The installable kit is being prepared and will be tested in a supervised pilot before it is sold.
Where is my data stored?
The plan: in your own Google account and Sheet, with Google processing it as your service provider. Saran Labs AI would not receive your customer messages. This will be confirmed in the pilot.
Does it reply to customers by itself?
No. It prepares a draft from your template. A person checks it and sends it. Replies that promise money need the manager's approval first.
Can it close old tickets automatically?
No. It prepares a reminder after the waiting period you set. A person closes the ticket with a reason.
Is this AI?
The core kit is rule-based automation: checks, routing and reminders you configure. Optional AI features would be separate, clearly labelled add-ons.

Pending

What the pilot will confirm

These points are not decided or proven yet. They will be settled with a supervised pilot in a real business before the kit is offered.

For larger teams and organisations

Need multiple departments, approval levels or connections to existing systems?

We can assess a tailored implementation. Scope, security requirements and integrations are agreed before delivery.

Path 1

Standard kit

A planned, customer-owned Google Sheet configuration with documented limits, for small teams.

Path 2

Tailored implementation

Discovery first: we map your process, systems and requirements, then agree scope in writing before any build.
